Such a great late night hangout spot with great food and service! I'll definitely be back with friends. For the two of us, we got the pork kimchi jjigae and the corn cheese. Both were amazing! Would order both again, but I'll definitely come to try other things on the menu too. Honestly such a great price point too. We still couldn't finish, and I think depending on how much you eat, it could fill up 3-4 small eaters. The corn cheese comes on a hot plate and it came boiling in the cheese! And the jjigae comes with a flame lit underneath, so our food stayed warm throughout since we would mix the hot soup from the pot into our bowls whenever it started to get cold. As we ate the jjigae with the corn cheese, halfway through, we figured maybe we wanted to add cheese into the jjigae, which we could only do since there was a flame underneath. And the waiter was so nice he just gave us a slice of cheese on the house!

The service here is really good and the staff is very friendly. There are TVs inside and has a plenty of parking outside. Definitely a great late night for Korean food. I got the hot stone bibimbap with bulgogi, seafood pancake, and the soo ja fries with bulgogi. The serving size is pretty big here so you will leave pretty full. The hot stone bibimbap was solid and I liked how they included mushrooms. I felt like the seafood pancake could have had more seafood. The soo ja fries were flavorful and came with 2 sauces.

Second time dining at this location! Ordered the Spicy Pork Bibimbap and the Seafood Bibimbap. So delicious! We also ordered the cheese corn and a side of kimchi. Staff was so nice and accommodating! I highly recommend the hot stone plate for a filling and delicious dinner!

This place is perfect for late-night drinks and a meal! We came in on a weekday, so there was no wait, but I know on weekends they can get busy and have a waitlist. The food is consistently good! I've come here multiple times now, and I've never had any issues with the food. The servers are also very nice and always check in on us. They brought out the food in a timely manner as well. It's pretty dark inside, and they play music quite loudly, but it was still easy for us to have a conversation. I love that we didn't feel rushed to leave our table.

Consistency is critical. And Soo Ja has been a staple for Korean comfort food in my household for over 7 years now. I'm happy to say pre-pandemic, these guys made wonderful food, with great serving sizes and an ever friendly staff. Post pandemic, there's been zero drop off in any of these areas. Well done Soo Ja Fusion Bistro! Favorites over the years: Spicy buck wheat noodles Kimchi fried rice Bibimbap Spam Budae Jjigae Kimbap (all are pretty great, just tried the Jap chae mushroom one today...whoa that's a keeper) Corn cheese pancakes Wishlist: Wang Mandoo!

My go-to!!!! I personally love their fish cake soup! Of course- you can never go wrong with the cheese corn and the korean fried chicken!!! The service is great- food comes out fairly quick. The place is a good size, and I like the dimmer lights. Definitely must try if you're in the area! Convenient location as well.

Curious about the yummy food you have seen in K-drama and had an inkling for Korean street food? Well come on over to Soo Ha Fusion Bistro (a nice hole in the wall Korean Snack Bar). Have some kpop decor and videos playing, wide variety of soju drinks. Bring some friends to drink and enjoy the snacks. Pretty big with families. Service is fast and helpful with food suggestions. Definitely will comeback to try more of what is on the menu. The menu ranges from classic Korean snack food of kimbap, cheesecorn, tteokbokki (spicy rice cakes), to fusion of korean x american and korean x mexican food of burgers, fries and tacos. If you feeling more into the classics the have bibimbap and seafood pancakes and of course the meats.
